Cotton dress with pink floral scrolls set off by the ecru background. The small tone-on-tone piped yoke on the bodice supports the flat back and the three pleats on either side of the button placket and its natural mother-of-pearl buttons on the front. The four panels of the gathered skirt are mounted on a belt that structures the dress, which is fully lined in ecru cotton voile. Gathers at the top of the sleeves give fullness to the long sleeves, which are tightened by flat cuffs and then frilled at the cuffs. The scalloped collar is hand-crocheted in a cotton yarn a shade lighter than the background colour. A dress whose skirt will turn a lot of heads!
