After unpacking, lay the rug flat for 2-3 days, then gently brush or vacuum to restore the pile.

Washing instructions
- Capacity of the washing machine 9kg or higher
- Wash separatetly at 30º maximum
- Do not use a washing machine with a center centrifuge/agitator, as it may damage the rug.
- Do no use bleach of fabric softeners
- Use a gentle cycle if your product has braids or fringes
- Tumble dry at low temperature. Do not leave it in the washer
- Use a low-powered vacuum cleaner regulary to clean and counteract shedding.
- Avoid using cleaning robots or vacuums with beater bars to prevent damaging the pile.
- If you find a long thread cut it with scissors. Never pull it
- Avoid continuous exposure to sun
