Washing instructions

• Capacity of the washing machine 9kg or higher
• Wash separatetly at 30º maximum
• Do not use a washing machine with a center centrifuge/agitator, as it may damage the rug.
• Do no use bleach of fabric softeners
• Use a gentle cycle if your product has braids or fringes
• Tumble dry at low temperature. Do not leave it in the washer
• Use a low-powered vacuum cleaner regulary to clean and counteract shedding.
• Avoid using cleaning robots or vacuums with beater bars to prevent damaging the pile.
• If you find a long thread cut it with scissors. Never pull it
• Avoid continuous exposure to sun
