Hong Kong Orders

Enjoy free delivery for orders above HKD600 (furniture and bulky items excluded).

For orders below HKD600, a delivery fee of HKD49 is applicable. The usual delivery time is 1-2 working days after dispatch.

We also provide In-Store Pickup service at our local shops. The orders typically will be ready for pickup in 1-3 working days. You will receive a confirmation via email.

International Orders

We offer free delivery for orders above HKD1,500 to most countries (furnitures and bulky items excluded).

For most orders below HKD1,500, we charge a fixed delivery cost of HKD289. Most orders are delivered 5-14 working days after dispatch.

If you need urgent delivery, please feel free to message us or email us for special arrangement.

Depending on the weight and size of the order, additional delivery cost may apply. In this case, we will contact you for further arrangement.

Please note that custom fees and import taxes may occur, and you will be responsible for the corresponding fees to receive the order.

Order Processing Time

Most orders require 1 full working day for processing and dispatch, after order received and payment cleared. 

If there is any issue causing delay, we will notify you urgently.

Important Note

We put every effort into getting your order delivered. We will contact you via phone or email if the first attempt fails. If unfortunately the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. Additional charges may apply if redelivery is requested.

Free shipping is not applicable to furniture and bulky items. Additional fees may be required for remote areas.
