Powder-pink cotton flared dress. It's made from a soft, thick fabric whose weave brings out the alternating vertical lines of matte and satin herringbone. On the front, lying pleats are sewn to a small height and underlined by a terracotta croquet braid. Then, without restraint, they flare out all the way to the bottom of the short dress. The full-height button placket is also trimmed with terracotta croquet, as is the collar, the points of which are also hand-embroidered with pink flowers, and the bottom of the long sleeves with elasticated cuffs. In the back, a yoke supports the gathers for greater freedom of movement. The corners of the square collar feature the same flowers as on the front. This dress is lined in powder-pink cotton voile to acclimatize to the rigors of the season.
