What is a Cocoon Swaddle Sack?

The 0.2 TOG Cocoon Swaddle Sack is a zip-up, TOG-rated swaddle designed to make safe sleep simple for new parents from birth. Swaddle your baby safely and warmly with the award-winning and TOG-rated Cocoon Swaddle Sack, no matter their sleep style preference (arms-in, arms-out, or hands up*) or startle reflex strength. The innovative, world-first design was pioneered by ergoPouch and perfected since its launch in 2009 to be a safe, supportive, effective and warm swaddle for sleep. The organic stretchy cotton provides a firm fit to mimic the feel of the womb, and help contain their startle reflex. The shoulder studs allow you to transition to arms-out sleeping as their startle reflex fades.

Materials

• 95% Organic Cotton / 5% Elastane
• The Cocoon Swaddle Sack is made from Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified organic cotton that is non-toxic and gentle on sensitive and/or irritable skin. All ergoPouch fabrics are dyed with non-toxic water based dyes. The Cocoon Swaddle Sack is reviewed by the Eczema Association of Australasia (EAA) as a skin-friendly product.

Care

• How to wash and dry your Cocoon Swaddle Sack
• Gentle cold machine wash in mild detergent
• Do not soak or bleach
• Tumble dry low
• Warm iron if required
• Do not dry clean

When cared for properly, this product will last several years and can be used for more than one baby. Our TOGs don't lose their warmth ratings over time, but a gentle fluff up in the dryer on a low setting helps maintain the fiber's loft, allowing air to circulate more effectively.

Warnings

• Ensure you buy the correct size for your baby's weight, to prevent the Cocoon Swaddle Sack from riding up around your baby's face or calming startle reflex.
• Contact our Customer Service team if you're unsure if you have received the correct size for your baby's weight.
• Not suitable for use in a 5 point harness.
• Always sleep baby in a safe sleep environment.
• Ensure your baby is sleeping arms-out, once they start to show signs of rolling.
