Ki ET LAKi ET LA Short Anti UV - Fruit

UV-protective shorts combine style, comfort, and sun protection, perfect for active children aged 2 to 6. 

Available in several colors and 2 sizes (ages 2-4 and 4-6), it can be worn at the beach, pool, or during outdoor activities. It pairs perfectly with our UV-protective T-shirt.

The inner label of the shorts is designed to be cut cleanly thanks to a strip of fabric placed between the fabric and the label. This ensures that the fabric remains intact and the label is completely removed, preventing any discomfort on the skin. In addition, the drawstring is sewn inside the shorts: it cannot be removed, providing greater safety for the child and worry-free washing. 

Finally, for the entire range of swimsuits and ponchos, our packaging is inspired by the original style of Ki ET LA sunglasses: natural kraft paper enhanced with touches of color. The models, colors, and age ranges are thus identifiable at a glance. Bonus feature : a round hole in the bottom left-hand corner of the pack lets you touch and see the material and the main color of the clothing

High Protection

Protecting babies and children from the sun's rays is essential! Our swim shorts guarantee 98% UV protection thanks to their UPF 50+ rating. This protects children's fragile skin from UVA and UVB rays.

UV sensor

To get kids involved in protecting themselves from the sun, we have developed a UV sensor that changes color depending on the intensity of the sun.

The more purple it becomes, the more protection is needed because UV exposure is high. It's a fun way to stay safe and remember to wear sunglasses, hat, and UV-protection swimwear.

Composition of the UV-protective swim shorts

The main fabric of our swim shorts contains at least 50% recycled material, certified GRS (Global Recycled Standard), and the shorts are also Oeko-Tex certified, guaranteeing the absence of harmful substances. 

Their recycled polyester and spandex composition (82/18%) ensures flexibility and comfort, while the lining (92% polyester, 8% spandex) guarantees a soft and pleasant feel against the skin. 

GRS label guarantees the use of recycled materials and ensures traceability throughout the production chain. Oeko-Tex label: Oeko-Tex certification attests that the textile has been tested and contains no substances harmful to the skin.
