6 No-Bake Holiday Treats You Can Make With Your Kids

Need some winter activities inspirations for this holiday season? If you've got kids who love food and don't mind getting their hand messy, why not get them involved in the kitchen? Making holiday treats together is a great way for them to learn team work, useful cooking skills (they say start them young right?), and also a great way for bonding time.

These no-bake treats are easy to recreate at home, and they surely will make your kids' eyes light up in excitement!

1. Reindeer Oreo Cookie Pops

How cute are these reindeer oreo pops? Get some festive themed paper straws, chocolate, pretzels, candies and oreos, and you can serve these cuties in no time!

2. Bagel Snowman

Even though it never snows in Hong Kong, we still love a good snowman themed breakfast. These bagel snowmen are super easy to make! Grab a few bagels, spread with cream cheese and top them with fun mixing. Blueberries or raisins are perfect to complete the little face of the snowman. You can also use pretzel sticks or pocky sticks for arms. Make it extra fun by adding an edible scarf with either a small piece of fruit leather or licorice!

3. Hot Chocolate Marshmallow Snowmen

There's nothing more festive than drinking a cuppa of hot chocolate with marshmallow! Your little ones can help decorate the marshmallow with cute snowman features. Opt for 75% dark chocolate instead of the regular milk chocolate if you prefer your hot chocolate less sweet.

4. Salted Peanut Butter Christmas Trees

Did you think we'd have skipped Christmas tree inspired treats? Of course not! If you love rice krispies, you're in for a treat. These no-bake peanut butter bars are fun and easy to decorate with little kids who love to help out in the kitchen. You can also prepare extra icing and sprinkles in different colours, so you can get an assortment of colourful Christmas trees!

5. Mini No-bake Santa Cheesecake

Santa Claus is on his way over! These mini cheesecakes look just like Santa's cap and if you're a fan of strawberry cheesecakes, this one is for you. For the crust, you can use either chocolate crackers or graham crackers.

6. Christmas Morning Mimosa

Shhhh... While this Christmas morning mimosa is definitely not for the youngsters because there's champagne involved, you can still get them to learn how to pour into the glass! It's easy to forget to pamper ourselves sometimes as busy working parents, so we thought this recipe from How Sweet Eats would brighten up your Christmas morning
